1. DIFFERENCE BEETWEN BULLYING AND CONFLICT

BULLYING:

Goal is to hurt, harm, or humiliate

Person bullying has more power (power can mean the person bullying is older, bigger, stronger, or more popular)

Continue behavior when they realize it is hurting someone

CONFLICT:

Disagreement or argument in which both sides express their views.

Equal power between those involved

Generally stop and change behavior when they realize it is hurting someone

2. WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE

Mental health issues are psychological patterns that arise as a result of clinically significant disorders that make a person feel uncomfortable with their condition because it impacts thoughts, feelings, behavior, mood, or a combination thereof

3. HOW DENGEROUS IS THE IMPACT ON MENTAL HEALTH

Mental health disorders that do not receive immediate treatment can cause various physical health problems for the sufferer. Among them are heart problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, sleep disorders (insomnia), headaches and breathing problems. This health problem also has an impact on other aspects of the sufferer's life. For example, difficulty building social relationships


4. THINGS THAT VICTIMS OF BULLYING WILL THINK

Some people who are victims of bullying cases have usually felt things like this:

-lose self-confidence

-easy to worry about things even if they are very small things

-isolate yourself with poor mental health

-Afraid of everyone, especially bullies

-afraid to talk to anyone, especially his classmates

-desire to commit suicide

5. THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU SEE A CASE OF BULLYING

Things to do when you see a case of bullying:

1. collect evidence

2. seek help

3. accompany the victim

4. Divert the attention of the bully

5. Face the bully

6. Don't get involved

7. make the victim a friend

8. report to the teacher


6. SOLUTION FOR THE VICTIMS OF BULLYING

If the bullying occurs in the school environment then report it to the homeroom teacher or the school counselor first, whether the person reporting it is the victim or someone around them. If the teacher or guidance counselor cannot be firm about bullying incidents at school, you can tell the parents then the parents can raise the problem. her child is the victim, what is the solution? if we are a friend who is a victim then try and listen to his complaints and tell him that he is not alone


7. PUNISHMENT GIVEN TO BULLIES

Bullies must be punished with appropriate punishment according to how serious the bullying is

Punishment given to bullies:

1. Verbal warning (from teacher, students and people around you)

2. written warning (the school gives a suspension of several days)

3. other educational actions (becoming a friendship ambassador, becoming a student representative in certain activities)

4. If the action falls into the criminal category, it can be reported to state law enforcement officials
